Carl Ikeme jokes about #TransferDeadline as he undergoes Leukaemia Treatment

Whatever you are going through, positivity is key!

This is how Super Eagles’ goalie Carl Ikeme is living as he undergoes treament for leukaemia.

His club Wolverhampton Wanderers had on July 6, announced that he has been diagnosed with acute leukaemia.

He began treatment immediately saying he’ll put in 100% effort in fighting leukaemia.

As the transfer window was closing Thursday night, Ikeme shared a photo of himself on a hospital bed with a cute smile and wrote:

“BREAKING NEWS: Ikeme transfers from one room to another !! Medical underway 🤣#longday #stillsmile #TransferDeadline”
