Nigerians surrounded him while they took photos of him and made videos. The officer who was heavily drunk was unconscious and did not know what was happening around him.

Decked in his uniform, the police officer slept soundly on a dirty road that seemed to have felt the impact of a heavy rain. People went round him as they spewed all sorts of things about the Nigerian government and the Nigerian police force.
